Good bike, delivery had issues
I ordered the Netuno Electric Mountain Bike and generally, I'm happy with the purchase. The bike itself is solid for the price and handles well on trails near me. However, delivery took closer to 10 days, not the 5-7 days I expected, and the box was a bit beat up when it arrived. Luckily, the bike wasn't damaged. Customer service was okay when I called about the delay, but they didn't really offer much more info. The included tools were a nice touch, though.
Polluno Pro is great!
I got the Polluno Pro Electric City Bike last month and it's been awesome for my commute. It came in about a week, which was decent. Assembly was pretty straightforward, even for me. I really like how easy it is to switch between assist levels. Makes hills a breeze.
